My “Friends” page is broken. It’s stuck on Sept. 6. Also, the colors and format are all wonky. So, if you’re on my livejournal friends list, I haven’t read any of your posts since then. I suppose I could go to every journal one by one, but that’s awfully time-consuming–especially since I won’t know from day to day who has updated and who hasn’t. As Winnie-ther-Pooh would say, “Oh, bother.”

I browsed around the journal menu and didn’t find any helpful info. Does anyone out there have a suggestion on how to fix it? I’d be mucho obliged-o. Gracias.

    Thanks, but that’s the first thing I tried. And the second and third. I may not know much about comprooters, but I’ve got “refresh” down, baby.

    Any other suggestions, Luke?

    Weird. I just discovered something. If I scroll down a bit, the top of the friends page appears with everything up to date on it. For some reason that small section (which belongs at the bottom of the current first page) is stuck at the top and wonked out.

    I guess when enough people post, the wonky stuff will get knocked off the page.

    At any rate, the case is solved. Obi-Wan can get back to Moss Eisley or Naboo or wherever he’s needed.

    Try a totally “cold” reboot of your PC where you shut down, turn off the machine, then turn it on again. This fixes lots of stuff for me.

    Thanks, Craig. Good ol’ Refresh and Restart. Pretty much the cures for anything that ails ya. 🙂

    As it turns out, the problem is working itself out. As “friends” post, the wonky section is slowly being edged off the page.
