Because a girl can’t have too many blogs

I’ve never been able to figure out how to post pictures to LJ. Lots of people do it, so I’m pretty sure the problem lies with me and a disease known as non-tech-itis. However, I’ve started a blog (as of yesterday) over at blogger.com just for posting pics. In a moment of sheer creative genius I named it Just for Pics. So far I’ve posted only a few random shots–playing around with Picasa editing tools and such. But I thought I’d announce its existence in case any of my LJ pals want to check it out. (You’ll finally get to see the person some of you have known these past couple of years only as an eye. Woo hoo!)

I also started a xanga. Or, I guess I should say, I opened a xanga account. I haven’t posted anything there yet, except for one non-entry. I started it so I could keep reading some of the xangas I used to visit through Luke’s.

So that brings my current blogs to four, including the writers’ group blog, The Master’s Artist, where I post every other Thursday. As in tomorrow.

About now you may be shaking your head in disgust and muttering, “What a blog hog!” Alas, it’s all too true. And–believe it or not–there’s another group blog in the discussion stages right now. Different group of writers. Different focus. They invited me to be a part of it, and I’m thinkin’, hey, why not? There’s lots of room on the bloggerhood playground. And the more cyberbuddies, the merrier, right?

Someday, perhaps, I’ll sit in a circle with a group of shame-faced, carpal-tunnel-suffering, former blog addicts. When it’s my turn I’ll stand and say, “Hi, I’m ElleZymn, and I’m a Blog-aholic.”

Someday, perhaps. But until then, party’s at my place! BYOB (Bring your own blog, that is.)
